The Lounge & Bar

Beautifully designed restaurant that offers a stunning view the harbour, and city. We were seated in a great window spot that offered privacy and quiet away from other tables. However, I noticed our table hadn’t been properly cleaned before we were seated; there were food crumbs on our seats and scattered on the floor. Despite this, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our meal. The food, however, was not particularly impressive. The Hainanese chicken was average, and my truffle burger was quite disappointing. Of all the dishes we ordered, the salmon and chicken wings stood out as the best-tasting options.

I had a nice dining experience with the spectacular high-floor Victoria Harbour view, but depending on the weather if it's a cloudy or rainy day, you might see nothing but heavy clouds and fog. One minor thing for the window seat table, the sofa is a bit too far away from the table, which is perfect for tall people with enough leg room, but I (163cm) barely sit at the sofa edge which couldn't lean on the sofa back while I was eating. The food is as good as expected, I prefer the À la carte instead of an afternoon tea set, and their A La Carte menu offers many meal choices, which is very nice for someone who is not sugar craving.

Perched high atop Hong Kong Harbor, you'll find The Lounge & Bar by the Ritz-Carlton. The bar is sleek with deep red tones as well as blacks and browns. I wish I could report on the views, but there was a storm on the evening of our visit. The bartender was very skilled and met our every need. The waitstaff were superb and very attentive. I will visit again on my next trip to HK!

This place will forever be in my heart for one of the best high tea places in HK. Not only all the waitresses are attentive, they refill our tea immediately, their service are immaculate. You feel like you’re in the palace of your own. Thank you all the waitresses who served us, its a perfect service and i cant commend you enough, you made us feel welcomed. The uni set for high tea are definitely worth it, the views are spectacular, we came on a Monday afternoon to avoid any crowd. Please enjoy the photos i have taken.

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the location offered a stunning view of Hong Kong's skyline—a truly beautiful place. The afternoon tea set was delightful overall, but there was a small issue with it during my visit. Thankfully, Carmen’s outstanding customer service truly shone. She was quick and professional in addressing the problem, and her exceptional service raised my trust in The Ritz-Carlton even more. She genuinely made my day. Thank you, Carmen!

Afternoon tea lover must go the Lounge & Bar at The Ritz-Carlton HK. They are the most luxury afternoon tea with a nice view and very private that you can enjoy great time with friends. Afternoon tea set is very nice to enjoy with hk panorama view

The view of Victoria Harbour is top-notch. The Spanish main dishes are very delicious. In addition to their warm attitude, the restaurant staff prepared a special surprise for my wife's birthday, writing a handwritten birthday card and attaching our photo.
